At Azura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Azura account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
